So, let me tell you - having cancer comes with many physical challenges. And trust me, I know them all too well because I had a stroke just four months into my cancer treatment. Dealing with the effects of both the cancer and the stroke at the same time was tough. Recovery was a whole different ball game that I wasn't fully prepared for.

In episode three of my Thriving Through Cancer podcast, I dig into some of these challenges that people facing cancer might encounter and, more importantly, discuss possible solutions to help them cope.
