I cracked the code to get rid of the fear and anxiety of recurrence, and I want to share with you how I have done that as a 3x cancer survivor.
Yes, fear and anxiety is a normal reaction to surviving cancer.
HOWEVER, THERE’S A COMMON BELIEF THAT WE ARE JUST ALWAYS GOING TO BE THAT WAY.
NOT TRUE.
I am proof of that.
After hearing my oncology team say, “We are just going to wait and see...” for at least 6 months….. How does that not produce anxiety?
Well, it didm and I want to share my methodology for navigating it with you.
How I cracked the code to relief. To finally be free from sleepless nights, wandering thoughts and going to oncology appointments without thinking twice.
How I stopped thinking about cancer and dying all the time to getting out there and living life.
I am going to break down my step-by-step process so you can live fearlessly like me.
I knew that getting rid of the fear was going to be a HUGE roadblock to my own happiness. So I was on a mission to get rid of it once and for good.
No, it’s not a magic pill. No, it doesn’t happen overnight. But what I do know is that if you are consistent with what I teach you:
- You will lessen your fear.
- You will lesson your anxiety.
- You will stop constantly thinking about cancer.
