As a 3x survivor of a blood cancer, I get monitored by having bloodwork at least twice a year and I am 5+ years out from treatment.

I have zero anxiety when I get this done or doctors appointments.

I am talking zero, yes zero anxiety. However that was not always the case. I remember living from bloodwork to bloodwork results. Week-to-week then month-to-month.

It was agonizing and I didn’t feel like I could move on.

I often hear from fellow survivors, even those who have been in remission for over 6 years, sharing their experiences and expressing the anxiety that comes with each yearly check-up. "Always in remission," they say, "But the nerves are overwhelming, and it's emotionally draining. The waiting is the worst part."

I've been there, living test to test, constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Take Patty, for example, a client of mine who, in her own words, "would get so physically sick weeks leading up to my scans that I would be vomiting. Now I only get a little anxious the day of the scan".

So, how did I personally go from massive scanxiety to zero? Or better yet, how did Patty?

I shared the same method with Patty and am eager to share it with you.

Relief is possible, by addressing the PTSD and trauma survivors often carry in their bodies, not just their minds.

It is an acute response to an event, like a scan. That means that you HAVE to learn new tools and ways in which to regulate your nervous system.

What you will learn is not an overnight quick fix. However, when implementing the tools and methods I teach, you will experience the same sense of relief Patty and myself have.
